Is my calendar correct??!! Does Spring officially start on March 20th?!! For most of you living in the US, the winter has been a challenging one this year and it seems that spring is nowhere in sight with the continuous pelting of snow & ice. That’s nothing a hearty bowl of chili can’t fix!! This week’s Soup of the Week Club entry is brought to us again by Miryam, who previously brought us the Spicy Chicken & Hominy. Head on over to the Seattle Times to get this simple no-nonsense chili recipe, plainly called- ‘Just Good Chili’. Dress it up with cheese, green onions, sour cream, and cornbread.
